Load Testing and Maintenance
The safety of shop floors rely on proper maintenance and care when it comes to lift magnets. Consistently doing load testing, keeping up with current designs, and proper operator inspection is important.
We encourage all MagnaLift & Power-Grip customers to purchase ASME B30.20 below-the-hook lifting guidelines, which focus on lift-magnet ownership.

Load Testing
Our load testing is complimentary for our OEM brands and is recommended to do annually.
Load testing adheres to ASME B30.20 below-the-hook guidelines for load testing battery-operated lift magnets and electric lift magnets.
Retrofitting
We are able to repair and retrofit nearly any lift magnets from any era of the MagnaLift & Power-Grip history, dating back 70 years.
Retrofit services include updating outdated electrical panels and controls to today's brand standards.
Repairs
Minor part replacement and repairs are available for our OEM lift magnets, MagnaLift & Power-Grip.
We recommend against doing your own part replacement and repairs to ensure adherence to ASME guidelines.
OSHA/ASME Compliance
Proper maintenance, repairs, and load testing keeps you in adherance with ASME B30.20 below-the-hook device guidelines.
